Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. the hotel offers beautiful views of the nearby mountains, and the location was perfect for accessing nearby restaurants and attractions. the New Year's Eve celebration was lively and filled with delicious food and drinks.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which made communication difficult at times.

On my Christmas holiday, I stayed in a hotel with an architecturally stunning building and an amazing view of the town's park. The rooms were spacious enough for me and well-equipped with the necessary amenities such as a working hair dryer and multi-plug extension cord. the hotel is strategically located near the Grand Casino and other key landmarks, making it easy for me to explore the town.
The positive aspects of the hotel ended there. The rooms are poorly maintained and outdated, with old furnishings that have seen better days.

We stumbled upon this hotel during our trip and it turned out to be a great find. Despite not planning to stay here initially, we were drawn to its charming exterior and decided to give it a shot. the location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently situated near the park, allowing us to enjoy leisurely walks amidst nature. the service at the restaurant was exemplary, with attentive staff taking care of our every need. the room we stayed in had a vintage feel to it, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. the breakfast spread was satisfactory, with a variety of dishes to choose from, ensuring a good start to our day.
We did encounter a minor inconvenience with the bathroom door not closing properly.

Atmosphere ig great. Built in 1911 it is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect! It's very close to Pelesh Castle. Very romantic, old-style. Bohemian in that way like Dupont House at Cuba. Rooms are very big - 2 bathrooms, huge beds, old furniture. We like this))
The furniture at bathroom is old, but clean. The hotel is very big, but seems to be empty... No free parking place((

Hotel staff is not helpful. No water supply in bath room in mid night, when I asked the receptionist, she said that she did not know the reason.

Hotel placement, good rooms, very comfortable double bed, nice bathroom, beautiful park nearby, creepy lobby, very nice reception and staff.
Sometimes the water was just warm, not hot; breakfast was very simple, definitely not a 4 star breakfast.
